When we are in citrus season I have the problem that I usually eat fruit natural before having time to cook with it. Luckily I had the well-filled pantry when I decided to bake these cookies glazed orange and oatmeal, perfect for a cold winter afternoon. Mix the flour with the baking powder, salt and oats in a large bowl. In a separate bowl, rub the sugar with orange zest to release their oils. Add the butter, egg yolks and juice and beat well. Incorporate the dry ingredients and work until a homogeneous mass.
Divide into two portions. Have on the table a good piece of plastic wrap, place one half and shape cylinder diameter of 2-3 cm. Wrapping, repeat with the remaining dough and lead to the refrigerator for at least two hours.
